School Based Consultation Service
School Based Consultation Services provided are the Identification process, comprehensive evaluation, determination of eligibility, participation in the development of a prescriptive individualized educational plan (IEP) and Case management with monitoring of the student’s progress, annual review, re-evaluation and program amendment if necessary. The child study team will consult and collaborate with teachers and administrators; and be a resource to families.
