The Elite Child Study Team (ECST) is a multidisciplinary consulting group of New Jersey State certified and Licensed professionals who provide services in accordance to the New Jersey State Department of Education Administrative Code for special education (N.J.A.C. 6A:14) and the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA 2004). The team consists of a School Psychologist, School Social Worker, Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant and a Speech-Language Specialist.
